FLEX FEE CANCELLATION POLICY
Med Spa appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be responsible for a fee of $150 regardless of the reason for canceling.
Spa appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be responsible for a fee of $40 per hour of services reserved (or a portion thereof), regardless of the reason for canceling. Missed appointments are charged in full for the services booked. Our FlexFee policy helps us retain our remarkable employees and is in place to provide partial compensation for our professional therapists, who depend on a busy schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
PRODUCT RETURN/ EXCHANGE
Lorena Luca Med + Spa has a 30-day return policy. We give a 100% refund for items that are unopened/unused within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. If you have had an adverse reaction to one of our products, please get in touch with the spa within two weeks to receive a full refund.
We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes early to prepare for your spa services. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed, regardless of how late you begin. The spa atmosphere is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect the other guests' right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited.
Please be aware that Lorena Luca Med + Spa is an adult's only facility. We ask that children not accompany you on your visit for their own safety and the comfort of other guests. At no time are children under 14 permitted in the spa.
SAUNA & STEAM
Our Steam Room and Infra-Red Sauna are conveniently located in both the ladies and the gentleman's locker room. Resting in our sauna and steam room is a wonderful way to begin your day at the spa. It is available as a complimentary service to our clients receiving treatments of at least one hour or more. Those guests visiting us for a shorter time may use the facilities for an additional charge of $35.
Lorena Luca Med + Spa provides you with a locker, robe, towel, slippers, and grooming amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, and deodorant. Many other items are available upon request. We encourage our guests to leave valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles or valuables.
Lorena Luca Med + Spa provides a full refreshment service for all of our guests, whether you visit us for an hour or a day. This includes a selection of hot teas, spa water, and snacks.
Snacks are temporarily unavailable.
