We’re led by owner Nina Milano, a visionary in the spa and wellness industry with more than two decades of experience. Nina first founded La Therapie Spa in Cary, North Carolina in 2002. She then used that experience offering cutting-edge aesthetic treatments to found Lorena Luca Med + Spa in 2013 as a luxurious retreat offering world-class services.

Our medical director is Dr. Joseph A. Franklin, a highly skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon who brings more than 15 years of experience to his practice. Dr. Franklin is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and he’s a member of prominent industry organizations such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
