We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes early to prepare for your spa services. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed, regardless of how late you begin. Please be aware that Lorena Luca Spa is an adult's only facility. For their own safety and the comfort of other guests we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. At no time are children under 12 permitted in the spa. SAUNA & STEAM
Our Steam Room and Infra-Red Sauna are conveniently located in both ladies and gentleman's locker room. They utilize the essential oil of Eucalyptus to calm your mind and body. Resting in our sauna and steam room is a wonderful way to begin your day at the spa. It is available as a complimentary service to our clients receiving treatments of at least one hour or more. Those guests visiting us for a shorter time may use the facilities for an additional charge of $25. SPA WEAR
Lorena Luca Spa provides you with a locker, robe, towel and slippers, in addition to grooming amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer and deodorant. Many other items are available upon request. We encourage our guests to leave valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged personal articles or valuables. REFRESHMENTS
Lorena Luca Spa provides a full refreshment service for all of our guests, whether you are visiting us for an hour or the day. This includes a selection of hot teas, spa water, and snacks. GRATUITIES
Lorena Luca Spa is committed to providing exceptional services by our knowledgeable and expertly trained staff. Our best reward is your personal recommendation. Gratuities are left to your discretion. FLEX FEE CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
At LORENA LUCA SPA we understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-schedule appointments, therefore, please give us at least 12 hours' notice prior to canceling and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
All appointments cancelled with less than a 12 hour notice will be responsible for just $36 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof) regardless of the reason for canceling. This fee is paid directly to the technician. The spa does not profit from anyone's misfortune that may keep them from attending their services. The FlexFee will be charged to the credit card on file. Missed appointments, without any prior notice, will be charged in full for all services booked. This FlexFee policy is designed to provide compensation for our top-notch therapists, who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career. This policy helps us retain our great employees. LORENA LUCA SPA has a 30 day return policy. We are able to give a 100% refund for items that are unopened and unused. Refunds will be processed based upon the original payment. If you have an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately in order to receive a 100% refund. For returns on products you decide you no longer want or like, we will process a 50% refund that will be applied as an account credit with Lorena Luca Spa.
